This Privacy Policy explains how NAAL collects, uses and protects personal information provided through this website. NAAL provides event management, strategic communications and advisory services to corporate and government organizations.
We have written this policy to describe what this website actually does, rather than to list practices that do not apply to us.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
The only place on this website where you can submit personal information is the proposal request form on our Contact page. That form collects:
- Name / surname
- Organization
- Work email address
- Phone number
- Role / title
- Area of interest (corporate events, government events, strategic communications, or advisory & development)
- Type of engagement (for example conference, ceremony, product launch or exhibition)
- Indicative timeline
- Indicative budget range
- Any additional message you choose to write
Submitting the form requires you to tick a consent box confirming: “I consent to the use of my personal data in order to respond to my request.” If you do not wish to provide this information through the form, you are welcome to contact us directly by email or telephone instead.
The form does not accept file attachments, and we do not ask for financial, identity-document or other sensitive personal data through this website.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as the IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. These server logs are generated for security, reliability and troubleshooting purposes.
This website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or any comparable analytics, advertising or profiling service. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded on any page.
How We Use Personal Information
We use the information you submit for the following purposes:
- To read, assess and respond to your enquiry or proposal request
- To prepare and send a proposal where relevant
- To arrange and hold follow-up calls or meetings
- To maintain a record of our business correspondence
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot this website
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information submitted through this website for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
Contact Form and Enquiries
Enquiries submitted through the proposal request form are stored within this website’s own database, hosted on our web hosting infrastructure, and are accessible to authorised NAAL personnel who need them in order to respond.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website does not set analytics, advertising, profiling or social media cookies. On an ordinary visit to our public pages, we do not place cookies on your device. Cookies may be set by Google if the map embedded on our Contact page is loaded — see the Third-Party Services section below.
Cookies may be set only in limited, strictly necessary situations — for example if a member of our team signs in to the website’s administration area, or in connection with submitting the enquiry form and protecting it against automated abuse. These are essential to the operation and security of the site.
Because we do not use non-essential cookies, this website does not display a cookie consent banner. If that changes in future, we will update this policy and introduce an appropriate consent mechanism.
Third-Party Services
We keep external dependencies to a minimum. All fonts, scripts, stylesheets and images used by this website are served from our own domain.
One exception applies. Our Contact page embeds a Google Map showing our office location. When that map loads, your browser connects to Google, and Google may receive your IP address and information about your device and browser, and may use cookies or similar technologies. That processing is carried out by Google in accordance with Google’s own privacy policy and is not controlled by us. Our address is also given as text on the Contact page, so the same information is available without loading the map.
Our website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Hostinger, which processes data on our behalf strictly for the purpose of operating the website. The website is built on WordPress, using the Elementor page builder and the Fluent Forms plugin for the enquiry form; these operate within our own hosting environment rather than transmitting your enquiry to an external service.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We may disclose personal information only in the following circumstances:
- To service providers who support the operation of our website or business, and who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services
- Where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process or a lawful request by a public authority
- Where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to protect the rights, safety and security of NAAL, our clients or others
Data Retention
We retain enquiry submissions for as long as is necessary to respond to your request, to pursue or conclude any resulting engagement, and to maintain a reasonable record of our business correspondence. Where information is no longer required for these purposes, it is deleted or archived. Server logs are retained for a shorter period, for security and diagnostic purposes.
If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, you may contact us using the details below.
Data Security
This website is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the website’s administration area and to submitted enquiries is restricted to authorised personnel. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- Confirm what personal information we hold about you and obtain a copy of it
- Correct or update information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete information we no longer need to retain
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave, without affecting processing carried out before that withdrawal
NAAL is based in India, and the processing of personal information described in this policy is governed by Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To exercise any of the rights above, or to raise a concern about how your personal information has been handled, please contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section. We will respond to your request within a reasonable period.
Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can delete it.
External Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing them with personal information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, our website or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown below. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
